According to Juan365, to join it, one should be over the age of 21 and not among the restricted people as it is indicated in the Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2016 of the Office of the President. The registration may be done online or physically and the prospective applicants should show precise personal information and provide one (1) valid and authoritative government-issued identification. IV. The Membership is Eligible and Restricted

- Individuals who were doing unethical lending in the field of gaming
Juan365 is entitled to decline or cancel membership when it is existent/alleged that false details are applied or any limitation is violated.
V. Member Declarations
In registering, you agree and accept that:
- You are respectively of the right age and eligibility to be an Aerospace Engineer.
- You undertake to observe the PAGCOR rules and responsible gaming practice
- You consent to Juan365 to capture and process your personal information by following our Privacy Policy
- You will be done with KYC verification in 3 calendar days or prior to the first withdrawal
- All the deposits and withdrawals will be made on your registered payment accounts only
Withdrawals processing Times:
- PHP 1-PHP 50,000: 1-3 Business days
- 50 001 to 500 000: 3-5 business days
- More than 500, 000: 5-10 business days
In all Juan365 is not responsible to the delay due to the third party payment providers or the technical malfunctions that might prevent immediacy.
VI. Account Suspension on a Grounds
- Your account can be either suspended or even shut down due to:
- Keeping two or more accounts
- Taking advantage of promotions
- Having the legal age of above 21
- Playing with bots, cheats or automation software
- Participation in fraud or crime (e.g. money laundering)
Every suspension can be discussed when later individuals contact our support team.
VII. Anti Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act, Juan365 performs the procedures of verification as well as monitoring and reporting transactions. Accounts can be frozen or terminated without warning, with or without subsequent notification in case of any suspicion in activities.
Members undertake to:
- Partner up in AML investigations
- Accept AML findings and whatever account action is to be taken
- Keep to future policy changes
